Background
SBI Ventures Limited (formerly known as SBICAP Ventures Limited) (SVL) is currently the sponsor and Investment Manager for the (i) Neev Fund (ii) Neev II, SME Fund and (iii) SWAMIH Fund (iv) SRI Fund and (v) UKIDCF (vi) TDCF.
The Investment Manager has grown significantly over the last couple of years. This is expected to increase further soon with multiple fund initiatives being undertaken by SVL. Keeping the growth and nature of business of the company in mind, SVL proposes to appoint a Manager – HR. The candidate will report to the Head – HR of the Company.
Candidate Profile :
Profile of the candidate is expected to be as follows:
Qualification – PGDBM/MBA with specialisation in Human Resources
Experience – 5 to 8 years of generalist experience
Domain knowledge & competencies – proficient in talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development programs, performance management system, compensation and benefits, talent management, organization development initiatives, HR operations. Should be highly proficient in excel and presentation skills.
Experience – subject matter expertise in various areas of Human Resources. Ability to work with internal stakeholders & management cohesively to support teams on people matters. Managing time bound work with efficiency and accuracy.
Job Description
Position Objective / Responsibility
Recruitment – handle talent acquisition end to end across levels.
- Employee Engagement/Employee Relations – ideating and implementing various employee engagement programs, monitor organization pulse, manage and highlight employee grievance, conducting and analysing Employee Satisfaction surveys
- Performance Management System – active involvement and execution of Performance Management System. Annual Objective Setting exercise and annual Review mechanism.
- Compensation & Benefits – involvement and execution of the annual compensation exercise. Conduct best practices benchmarking on various employee benefits provided in the industry.
- HR Operations – responsible for various activities related to HR Operations like payrolls and compliance, HRMS, on-boarding, probation, exit process etc.
- Audit – handle internal audit, statutory audit and all other regulatory audit requirements.
- Special Projects – participate in various HR special projects related to organization development.
- Strategy offsites & team building events – ideate and execute company offsites and team building events.
- DEI initiatives in SVL and portfolio companies
- Employee Wellness initiatives
- Employer Branding projects/initiatives – Great Place to Work etc.
- Learning & Development – design L&D programs, team building programs, technical, behavioural and Leadership programs with special focus on succession planning and developing future ready workforce.
